Essential Experience / Criteria: Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the RTR function based on OKR (Objective Key Results). Deliver month-end close activities for the assigned entities accurately, timely, and efficiently. Report to and collaborate with the RTR Assistant Manager, team members, and other internal stakeholders across SSC and the country finance team. Possess good general accounting knowledge. Demonstrate basic communication and email writing skills. Exhibit a positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Ask questions and seek clarity for a better understanding. Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by the RTR Assistant Manager. Receive instructions, guidance, and direction from senior-level team members or the immediate manager. Have a moderate learning curve, with the ability to get hands-on within 3 months. Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation. Participate in and support process improvement projects. Be a self-starter and proactive. Ensure smooth transition of new tasks from the Country Finance Team to SSC RTR, including proposing process enhancements to increase efficiency. Perform ad hoc tasks when required. Desirable Experience / Criteria: A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Experience in general ledger month-end processes. Shared services experience is an advantage. Proficiency in intermediate/advanced MS Office applications. Proficient in Oracle system is an advantage. Language proficiency: Minimum good spoken and written English. Minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and active participation in extracurricular activities. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA from a recognized tertiary institution are an added advantage.
