Customer Support Assistant Manager

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts: Build trust and rapport with decision-makers at major customers, understanding their business needs, challenges, and future plans. -Gather and analyze industry intelligence: Proactively identify and capture emerging trends, market shifts, and competitor activities through direct interactions, industry events, and research. -Translate insights into actionable recommendations: Synthesize gathered intelligence into clear, concise reports and presentations, providing actionable insights to inform product development, marketing, sales, and strategic planning. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with manufacturing, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with evolving market needs and drive strategic decision-making. -Stay abreast of industry trends: Continuously monitor industry publications, attend relevant conferences, and engage with industry experts to stay informed about the latest developments and emerging technologies. -Develop and implement industry insights programs: Design and execute initiatives to gather and disseminate industry intelligence, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. -At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the CPU/GPU/semiconductor industry. -Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements.
