Sales & Customer Service Executive / Officer

Job Description: Identify and develop new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer service to existing clients. Support the Department Head in executing responsibilities and achieving the company’s strategic goals. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Ensure the timely delivery of parts to customers in alignment with the agreed schedule. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing insights into future business opportunities. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Tooling teams to address technical aspects of customer requirements effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer requirements and technical challenges.
