As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistance Human Resource to join our dynamic team. This role will play a vital part in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes to foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: To assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including orientation, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials. Employee Records Management: To assist maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Payroll Support: To assist HR Exec in payroll processing by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies. Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees. Training & Development: To assist employee training programs and development initiatives. Performance Management: To assist performance management processes, including scheduling evaluations and maintaining records. Employee Relations: To assist employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities. Employee Engagement: Assist in organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives and company events. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, preparing reports, and maintaining HR systems. Any ad hoc task as assigned by HR Exec or Superior. Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (1 years) in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Sound knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling employee data and documentation. Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate & read with Mandarin-speaking clients. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
