In this role you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for key funders, ensuring transparent, consistent, and effective communication. Design and implement engagement strategies to enhance long-term stakeholder commitment and collaboration. Prepare high-quality reports, funding proposals, and presentations tailored to donor and government requirements. Ensure timely submission of grant reports, financial documentation, and impact assessments in line with funder expectations. Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings, networking events, and high-level discussions to strengthen partnerships. Identify new funding opportunities and support the fundraising team in securing and managing grants and sponsorships. Develop compelling narratives that highlight SOLS Foundation’s work, impact, and alignment with stakeholder priorities. Work closely with program teams, finance, and leadership to ensure effective implementation of stakeholder commitments. Maintain up-to-date records of stakeholder engagements, commitments, and funding details for strategic follow-ups. Represent SOLS Foundation at public forums, donor meetings, and conferences to advocate for the organization’s mission and programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in proposal writing and reporting. Strategic thinking with the ability to align organisational goals with stakeholder expectations. Strong project management and coordination skills, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. High emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and diplomacy when engaging diverse partners. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, engaging, and action-driven reports and presentations.
