Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at BossRec. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communication with proper etiquette, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. This role is primarily located in Batu Caves but allows for some work from home.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
