In this role you will: Identify and research potential customers through various sources, including referrals and industry events. Contact and engage prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce products or services. Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits while addressing customer inquiries. Build and maintain accurate customer records, including interactions and sales activities. Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential customers. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to improve sales strategies. Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate terms to meet customer needs. Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other necessary documentation. QUALIFICATIONS To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have: Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, or Mass Communication. Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. A knack for quickly understanding information and assessing customers’ requirements. Having a background in corporate training is a bonus.
