Responsibilities ** Perform administrative office tasks and operational functions ** Follow and maintain the current filling system set by management ** Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls ** Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries **Managing and assist in general office administration work **Responsible to establish and maintain effective two-ways communication with internal and external parties. **Handling confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, reports and other important documents Requirements **Candidate must possess at least SPM level of education/Diploma **Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. **Minimum of 1 year working experience in the related field would be an added advantage. **Candidate must be energetic, positive minded, fast learner and able to work independently. **Must be computer literate, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) **Having good interpersonal and communication skills. ** Able to communicate in multiple languages ** Candidate who fluent in mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. **Working days : 5½ days per week
