Job Summary: - Manage procurement activities. - Maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient store operations. - Interact with vendors and end users. Job Description: - To be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and administering the procurement process of the company. - Ensure adequate and effective stock management and control to ensure maximum utilisation of all stocks. - To be responsible for monitoring the main store and sub store par level. - Assist in cost saving. - Perform ad-hoc tasks relevant to procurement and store. Job Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field. - Knowledge of products and inventory management systems (if any). - Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
