Job Overview: Assists with Global or Area recruiting programs. provide support with sourcing, screening, data entry and/or pre onboarding administration activities. Key Accountabilities: • Schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner. • Take responsibility for administrative and documentation activities with interviewers, hiring managers, and other employees as needed • Use tools and licenses associated with talent acquisition • Assist with more complex vendor management and basic procurement activities • Respond to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers operational/logistical recruiting questions • Manage Avanade Talent Acquisition intranet pages and sites • Provide additional operational support in ongoing Talent Acquisition activities Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements: Technical and non-technical skills include: • Basic presentation, communication, active listening and story-telling skills-Comfort with high tech and fast paced culture- • Some understanding of boolean search strategies Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions • Ability to translate abstract desires into tangible search criteria • Ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers • Some skills in negotiation, research • Knowledge of the variety of recruiting channels
