  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Responsible for the maintenance and operation of M&E system of the building and perform frequent inspection and check the system is working at all times. 2. To ensure that the operation equipment such as electrical, air-conditioning, fire protection system and other engineering equipment are operating smoothly and efficiently. 3. To monitor and check the daily, weekly and monthly checklists / reports as required by ISO standard submitted by the working team. 4. To assist Senior Chargeman (BO or B4) in checking and maintaining HV switch gears panels; HV/LV power transformers; LV main switchboard standby generators. 5. To carry out the following works : i) Duty - To assist weekly standby generator set test run; Accompany TNB personnel during meter reading; Attend to Bomba inspection; To comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulation; To be present during Electrical Engineer Visits; i) Maintenance - Lead the maintenance team to attend to Tenant’s complaints; To repair any faulty components for all equipment if any breakdown does happen; in the event if there is a need for any out-source contractor works, To call for quotations, compare the rates / cost, report to Building Manager and propose to management for approval. ii) Renovation - To check and approve drawings submitted by Tenant. Supervise the works being carried out by Tenant’s Contractor during renovation. Strictly adhere to the safety and security requirements and UOA house rules and regulations. iii) Records - To update the drawings of the building if any modification or rectification works have been carried out.
