Responsibilities Lead and manage the verification and validation process for software and IT services. Develop and implement comprehensive V&V plans, strategies, and test cases. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and evaluate testability. Identify and document defects, track them through resolution, and report on V&V metrics. Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct reviews of project deliverables to ensure alignment with quality standards. Mentor and guide junior V&V team members in best practices and methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing. Proven experience in leading V&V activities in the IT sector. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality management processes. Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
