  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Internship Duration: 3-6 months (Full-time/Part-time options available)

Internship Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic university students to join our internship program. This opportunity will provide real-world exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and business operations within a fast-paced environment. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into various HR functions and the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and job postings.
  • Support HR consultants in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Engage in market research to identify potential talent pools.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
