Duties and Responsibilities include the following

  • Monitor daily manifest – booking, reservation, delivery and collection
  • Ensure that all domestic, inbound and outbound reservation, enquiries, complaint from email, or call-in, or walk-in are attended to in timely manner.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operations in the department through promt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.
  • Review reservation email on daily basis.
  • Revert qoutation to customer within 24 hours upon customer's email inquiry
  • To provide any report that requested by superior.
  • Monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales & Retail Department.
  • Assist Customer Service email complaints and enquiries.
  • Support and follow up with related departments to ensure all products, communications, processes, promotions, and initiatives are completed on time.

Requirements

  • Posses at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year (s) related experience in the related field, preferably Customer Service.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written) both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
