Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Monitor daily manifest – booking, reservation, delivery and collection
- Ensure that all domestic, inbound and outbound reservation, enquiries, complaint from email, or call-in, or walk-in are attended to in timely manner.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operations in the department through promt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.
- Review reservation email on daily basis.
- Revert qoutation to customer within 24 hours upon customer's email inquiry
- To provide any report that requested by superior.
- Monitors and coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales & Retail Department.
- Assist Customer Service email complaints and enquiries.
- Support and follow up with related departments to ensure all products, communications, processes, promotions, and initiatives are completed on time.
Requirements
- Posses at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 year (s) related experience in the related field, preferably Customer Service.
- Good communication skills (oral and written) both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Computer literate.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
