  • Liaise with hub leads, supervisors, or employees to validate and rectify discrepancies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams (BI, Payroll, or Operations) for further action.
  • Provide guidance on attendance policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up with operations teams to confirm pending OT approvals and attendance corrections.
  • Flag to Operations if attendance or OT verification is incomplete to avoid payroll delays.
  • Process ID requests for new hires, ensuring accurate and timely creation.
  • Maintain and update employee IDs in the system, including status changes (activation, deactivation, or modifications).
  • Liaise with relevant departments (IT, HR, Operations) to troubleshoot and resolve ID concerns.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency in ID creation.
