He/she is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems, including APAC user and license management, support, training, and system upgrades communication with global Salesforce team. He/she ensure effective utilization of Salesforce tools in commercial pipeline management.


Main Accountabilities

  • User management: Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
  • Opps database management: Maintain database for integrity, completeness and accuracy such as record cleansing, ComEx linkage.
  • Report & Dashboard: Build standard/custom reports, dashboards, and email workflows per user needs. Also merge/delete unused reports to keep the system lean.
  • Business Analytics: Drive pipeline growth in targeted area through data analytics
  • Enhancement projects: Act as key communication window between users and global Salesforce tech team in all details exchange. Current project eg. CPX (Commercial and Pricing Excellence) and Lead Generation Initiative
  • Training: Provide training to new & existing users and grow the Salesforce capability across the organization. On & offsite trainings included


Requirement

  • Bachelor degree (Computer Science/Marketing/Business related major) or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades that see to successful integration is preferred
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Ability to maintain Salesforce databases
