Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Office Location: Cyberjaya (Hybrid/ Remote)

Focus Market: APAC/Southeast Asia(Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as engineers and project managers across Southeast Asia and APAC.
  • Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and oversee the recruitment process, track hiring progress, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to share market insights and provide talent recommendations.
  • Provide interview coaching to candidates to enhance their chances of success.
  • Manage pre-onboarding activities, including offer issuance, contract signing, and new hire onboarding.
  • Expand and optimize recruitment channels to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with common recruitment channels in Southeast Asian countries, with the ability to explore and establish new sourcing strategies.
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in recruitment; experience in a headhunting agency is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in both English and Mandarin to facilitate seamless work communication.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand various job roles and make accurate hiring decisions.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
