Requirements

Marketing and Operations Senior: Strong coordination and communication skills, discover TikTok, Facebook, Shopee KOL, negotiate anchor resources, and maintain cooperative relationships with various anchors.
Be familiar with the business negotiation process, have good communication and coordination skills, and possess strong business negotiation abilities.
Have high sensitivity to data and have strong analytical capabilities.
Be ambitious, have a sense of goal, have a sense of responsibility, and have certain sales capabilities.
Candidates with experience will be given priority.
Language required: Mandarin (MUST).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills required: Social media marketing, influencer marketing, data analysis, and business development.
Connect with TikTok platform resources, contact internet celebrities and MCN organizations, conduct business docking, and communicate over the phone to provide brand marketing plans.
Operate and manage customers, establish good customer relationships, create benchmark customers, and improve the brand influence of the entire network.

Requirements for HR

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or another HR position.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Additional Requirements

BS/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies, or a relevant field; further training will be a plus.
HR Credentials (e.g., PHR from the HR Certification Institute) is a plus.

Requirements for Live Host

Candidates must have experience in a similar position.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Academic requirements: Diploma/Degree in any field.
Ability to take initiative and make quick decisions under pressure.
Fun, positive, energetic, and personable.
React quickly and positively to any problems or changes.
Proven track record of developing and executing social media platforms.
Passion for content creation and presentation, with the ability to entertain, engage, and interact with the audience.
Ability to create a message and prioritize your time to produce consistent and high-quality content.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Extensive experience in Photoshop and CapCut.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills required: Social media marketing, video editing.
