Project Engineer

• To assist Project Manager in managing project planning, execution, schedule, cost, installation, testing & commissioning including handover project to customers. • Project and construction site coordination with customers/owners, consultants, suppliers/contractors and other site personnel/teams related to the project. • To assist and prepare method statement, drawings, work progress and other relevant documents for related works with project teams. • Attend regular site meeting with consultants, subcontractors & owners. • Ensure all works are carried out safety according to drawing, specification & with good workmanship. • Ensure complete preparation to allow smooth project execution and meet planned schedule. • Initiative, results orientated, problems analytical and solving skills. • Assist Project Manager by providing information, data and reports for project status reporting. • Build and promote good working relationship with clients, project team members and sub-contractors. • Processes the appropriate project management skills to take the lead position on small to medium development projects. • Initiate and prepare specifications for material requisition while maintaining awareness and control of cost. • Attend to all customer complaints and resolve reported non-conformance and monitor corrective and preventive action. • Familiar with project specifications, customer requirement, bill of material (BOM) and project scope of work. • Perform Material Planning and Purchasing such as taking off the project quantity; request quotation from supplier/vendor and ensure material deliver on schedule. • Preparation and verify on monthly progress claims and identification, submittal and resolution of scope changes and deviations. • Gain Project Manager/Managing Director to verify and review document/drawings before submission to client. • Other duties and task given by Management from time to time.
