JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities within the domestic medical device market.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to develop strategies for product positioning and pricing.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the domestic market.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including healthcare facilities, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote our products effectively.

Product Promotion and Training:

  • Showcase our medical devices to clients through product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure optimal usage and understanding of our medical devices.

Sales and Negotiations:

  • Actively pursue sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned with company objectives.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to the Sales Manager.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Experience in selling medical devices and familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices.
  • Established network of contacts within the domestic medical device market.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AutoCount software for sales tracking and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
