  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

This role requires the individual to work independently and as part of a team. Coordination of the Reception and contribute to membership sales. The responsibility of the Service Consultant is to achieve his / her personal agreed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.

You will work in a demanding environment as part of a small team, dealing with all inquiries both in-person and over the telephone.

Responsibilities:

  • Manning and handling calls, inquire, feedback from guests and members professionally
  • To administrate the membership data-base, recording all necessary information
  • To perform the cashing up duties at the end of your shift and perform duties as required
  • Accurately cash up at the end of your shift and account for all transactions during your shift
  • Plan and execute sales campaign to achieve and surpass monthly target in line with the company objectives to maximize retention of our members
  • Prospects for qualified leads and create traffic through mailers, referrals, outreach, etc
  • Determine prospect’s goals and motivation and ensure updated product knowledge at all times
  • including all the benefits, facilities, and services offered by your club
  • Maintain up to date pricelists and ensure a clear understanding of membership fees and features for all memberships offered by your club
  • To conduct a club tour for a new member
  • Completed all new member contracts in accordance with company standards and communicate all rules and regulations of the club to all members
  • Ensure you meet all goals and targets specified on a daily and monthly basis

Your goal is to provide a professional service to our guests and members; at the same time generate as many business opportunities as possible in the form of leads and contacts with a view to achieving sales targets.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
