We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand, present, and sell products/services using solid case studies to existing and prospective customers
  • Identifying high-value customers: You'll be on the lookout for customers who can bring the most value to our organization.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through inbound and outbound channels
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Driven individuals who want to earn good commissions are encouraged to apply.

  • CRM knowledge skills (Hubsport, Aircall, Slack, )

Job Requirements

  • At least with 1 year Experience
  • At least with SPM Qualifications or any business related fields
  • Sales experience
  • Good spoken Malay, English or Mandarin with Multi-language proficiency is an advantage
