We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand, present, and sell products/services using solid case studies to existing and prospective customers
- Identifying high-value customers: You'll be on the lookout for customers who can bring the most value to our organization.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Driven individuals who want to earn good commissions are encouraged to apply.
- Cold calling (Inbound & Outbound call)
- CRM knowledge skills (Hubsport, Aircall, Slack, )
Job Requirements
- At least with 1 year Experience
- At least with SPM Qualifications or any business related fields
- Sales experience
- Good spoken Malay, English or Mandarin with Multi-language proficiency is an advantage
