Role Overview

As Talent Lead, ANZ, you will be responsible for maximising the value of on-platform talent by expanding the network of high-quality independent talents and driving talent advocacy across ANZ. This includes executing talent build-up campaigns, forming partnerships with boutique firms, and ensuring quality assurance to grow a strong talent pool. Additionally, you will proactively advocate for on-platform talent by curating talent pools and supporting talent-driven sales initiatives. This is an individual contributor role.

Key responsibilities include:

Talent Campaigns

  • Through partnering with Sales & CS teams and conducting extensive market research, develop a view on the skills in demand across ANZ
  • Develop & implement strategies to maximise the number of in-demand, high-quality ANZ independent talents signing up onto our platform
  • Track & monitor the performance of the campaigns and continuously iterate and innovate on them

Talent Pool/Bench Building

  • With guidance from Sales, develop pools/benches for in-demand skills
  • Manage the end-to-end talent pool/benches development, including QA, CV screening, profile building, and onboarding

Partnerships

  • Identify and engage with talent growth partners (e.g., boutique firms, certification bodies, job platforms, etc.)
  • Build strong partnerships to expand the talent network in ANZ

Support Talent-driven Sales

  • Proactively advocate for available, high-quality talents by sharing their profiles with Sales to showcase to clients periodically

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that the profiles we accept onto our platform are relevant and of high quality

Whom will you work with?

Ideal candidates

  • Possess 2-5 years of total work experience, with some in talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Thrives in a start-up environment (strong sense of ownership, adaptable, resourceful, tenacious, etc.)
  • Passionate about the future of work, disruptive talent models, and deliver an amazing experience for independent talent
  • Excellent command of English (both written & verbal)
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Preferably with experience recruiting high-calibre candidates, in terms of industry & seniority (strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity & high-growth start-ups; Director level to CXOs)
