Job Description:

  • Responsible for acquiring and growing IT Services business for the company – combination of hunting and farming.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Onboard new clients positioning Ascendion as a strategic partner for IT Services.
  • Create and execute a Client Acquisition strategy to onboard new clients.
  • Grow the existing portfolio of accounts by upselling and cross selling the portfolio of services.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing opportunities.
  • Should be able to craft and lead large deal pursuits.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients at senior level to build a strategic partnership.
  • Build and manage relationship with clients at all levels - "C" level, as well as operational/managerial levels.
  • Achieve quarterly & annual sales target.
  • Participate in regular client review meetings to ensure successful engagement.
  • Actively update and use the CRM system with new sales opportunities and track all opportunities inside that system.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with between 8-15 years of proven experience in IT services sales.
  • A proven record of accomplishment in sales – both hunting new accounts and farming & growing existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding and working experience in the Singapore Market.
  • Willingness to travel, as & when required.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, persistent, confident, and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
