Key Responsibilities:-
- Build, organize, and maintain detailed financial models to facilitate the identification and evaluation of potential investment projects including: existing assets, re-developments, joint-venture opportunities as well as other relevant opportunities.
- Perform project, asset and fund level valuation and analysis, structure financial models, conduct reviews, scenario/sensitivity analysis across all relevant sectors and interpret and translate these data into underwriting narrative for the Management
- Develop, implement and revise internal investment and asset management strategies and procedures by utilising internal resources as well as market intelligence and research data
- Collaborate with internal business functions and/or external advisors to support the pursuit, underwriting and due diligence of new investment opportunities and investment process and other corporate exercises from identification stage to execution of the transaction
- Maintain a detailed database of comparable property sales, development projects and other relevant market data on competitors
- Keep abreast of market activity, collate and analyse market data to support the assessment of each project.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:-
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in real estate investment, asset management or related field, REIT industry preferred with a
- Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Admin.
- A high degree of pro-activity and adaptability are expected.
- Strong writing, analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The job requires occasional travel.
Remuneration will be in-line with qualifications, experience and potential contribution.
