- Provide technical expertise and support for Basic IP Telephony configurations and setups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Unified Communication systems with other IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and compliance of communication systems with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all Unified Communication processes and configurations.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize communication systems.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Unified Communication technologies and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades and support.
- Monitor and analyse system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity for communication systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Unified Communication technologies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on system performance and project progress.
