  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Service Officer on a temporary 6-month contract or internship basis to support our sales and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process sales orders, Delivery Order and Invoice using SQL.
  • Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, sometimes including preparing proposals and reports.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the leader or team

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree or a related field (SPM candidates with relevant experience will also be considered).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to communicate in English or Malay
  • Eager to learn and adapt
