The DoctorOnCall team is looking to recruit an experienced, results-oriented person to manage specific categories of products across prescription medications, wellness products and supplements, personal care, and medical devices. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven person with a passion for creative problem-solving, has proven data analysis skills, strong ownership/commitment, and project management experience. Responsibilities:

• Patient Education and attending to medical/ pharmacy related inquiries: Assist in educating patients about medication usage, potential side effects, and other health-related information and ability to handle inquiries professionally.

• Vendor’s onboarding and problem-solving

• Health Services Products listing

• Medical Content Creation

• Ad-hoc tasks as per the business requirement

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical science, Allied Health

• Previous work experience or internship in e-commerce, retail, business development, buying, or project management role is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to influence others

• Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions

• Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

• Strong ownership and High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Passion for improving both customer and seller experience

• Team spirit and enthusiasm for learning

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
