Job Description & Summary
A career in Human Capital (HC) team, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.


Our Rewards team plays an important role in supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of PwC talents. As part of the team, you will be tasked to design, implement and administer our Rewards and Recognition programme and processes, be it “business as usual” (BAU) works or annual projects.

Role specific responsibilities

  • Drive strategic Rewards programmes that are fit for purpose and aligned to Firm's strategies
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Finance team in preparing annual headcount and staff cost budgeting
  • Implement annual bonus & increment (B&I) and mid-year promotion processes as part of overall annual performance management cycle
  • Manage compensation plans (salary, allowance, one-time-payment, bonus, grade profile and other related items) in Workday with local and global HR Shared Services (HRSS) team
  • Manage Rewards policies and processes to ensure they are up to date and relevant
  • Partner with HRBP in solving employees’ queries related to Rewards policies and processes
  • Perform Level 2 (L2) audit for employees’ benefits claims and assess employees’ claims eligibility according to benefits policies in the payroll claim module
  • Support overall work operations excellence in the HC team by driving process documentation for all Rewards processes, queries-ticketing process, knowledge management portal and other relevant task
  • Be part of the Workforce of the Future (WoTF) Total Rewards project team in implementing Total Rewards Roadmap for the Firm
  • Operationalize Recognition programme aligned to strategic initiatives to create impactful experience for employees
  • Conduct relevant compensation and benefits analyses, provide recommendations and cost impact based on the studies, prepare presentation slides, socialize with stakeholders for review and approval
