Job responsibilities
· Perform tasks such as printing, scanning, and copying documents as needed.
· Perform any other related duties and adhoc assignment.
· Ensure that all work given from superior are being handled properly and timely.
· Organize and maintain important documents and reports to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirement
· Possess minimum SPM or higher education levels.
· Possess at least 2-5 years of experience in the field of administration.
· Experience in managing foreign workers is preferred.
· Possess a B2/D driving license.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English.
· Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
· Skilled in document & office management.
· Able to work in Segamat, Johor.
