About the Role
As a Senior Licensing Advisor in Oracle’s Digital Transformation team, you’ll help customers get the most value from their Oracle investments. You’ll guide them through transitioning from on-premises solutions to the cloud and provide expert advice on optimizing licenses and subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic Oracle customers and understand their business needs.
- Provide tailored recommendations to maximize the value of Oracle solutions.
- Lead strategic discussions with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal Oracle teams.
- Contribute to projects that enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
- Deliver accurate business planning and reporting using Oracle tools.
- Stay up to date with Oracle products and services.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years in customer-facing roles in tech (consulting, account management, or customer success).
- Strong understanding of IT architectures, cloud computing, and software deployment models.
- Experience working with complex IT environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinker with advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
