We are presently seeking a Malaysia based Workday Finance Consultant that can support our engagements in these geographies with Workday and Customers.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in P2P, Expenses, Accounting, C2C, Banking & Adaptive planning and other complex Finance solutions.
• Hands-on experience in the deployment process.
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already living on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and functionality.
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
  
  

About The Role

• 3 to 5 years of Workday Finance experience.
• Workday certification.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Workday technology.
• Experience with AMS or end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
• Experience working in a client facing role.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or engineering
