Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IoT Product Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on the cutting-edge development and launch of Internet of Things (IoT) products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and gaining hands-on experience in the product lifecycle. The intern will play a critical role in ensuring a successful product launch by supporting technical, operational, and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Launch Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of the IoT product launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations.
  • Timeline and Milestone Development: Develop and maintain timelines and milestones for the product launch, and ensure all necessary steps are taken to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Meeting Support: Attend and actively participate in launch-related meetings and take notes and follow up on action items to ensure steady progress.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current product launch processes to identify areas for improvement and propose and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
  • Documentation Development: Assist in creating clear and consistent documentation, including standard operating procedures, customer journey maps, and other essential materials.
  • Industry Research: Conduct research on industry best practices for IoT product launches and provide recommendations to enhance internal processes and practices.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Support seamless collaboration between various teams and ensure alignment and focus on achieving a successful product launch.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with IoT concepts, product development processes, and project management is an advantage.
