About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice on forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management to the Managing Director and management team.
- Lead and supervise a finance team of three executives in executing daily financial tasks.
- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies, setting goals, and establishing frameworks to achieve them.
- Manage the cash flow for all entities within the group and the group as a whole.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, review reports, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with auditors, bankers, solicitors, and other external stakeholders.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA, CPA, etc. are an added value
- At least 8 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and cash flow management.
- Excellent supervisory, planning, and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
