As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support our administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence management.
  • Support HR, finance, and procurement teams in administrative functions.
  • Handle office supply inventory, procurement requests, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and logistical support.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
