As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support our administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence management.
- Support HR, finance, and procurement teams in administrative functions.
- Handle office supply inventory, procurement requests, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and logistical support.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
