Responsibilities:

职责:

1.Assist in formulating and implementing administrative policies and procedures, take responsibility for implementation of administration plans, delivery the management requirements of headquarters.

协助制定并执行行政相关政策和规程,保证行政规划实施,并且及时传递总部的管理要求。

2.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents; and manage an effective filing system

起草函件、报告、演示材料和其他商务文件;管理档案系统

3.Arrange general office maintenance / cleaning, procurement of stationery and office supplies, inventory, security system

安排办公室的日常维护/清洁,负责文具和办公用品的采购、库存管理、安防系统。

4.Make the 5S checking regularly and ensure no effective complaints.

定期进行5S检查,确保无有效投诉。

5.Annual budget management, from monthly report and supervision to budget control and remind to all the local teams, No exceeding the annual expense budget.

负责本地年度预算管理,监督预算执行进度,并提醒所有本地团队,不得超过年度费用预算。

6.Coordinate with suppliers, manage suppliers and procurement effectively, and strictly implementing the company's procurement management policies

7.Fixed asset and inventory control and record update,complete the stock-taking punctually and finish the stock-taking report and process on time.固定资产和存货管理及记录更新,按要求及时完成定期盘点,并按时完成盘点报告及流程。

8.Chinese expatriate’s apartment management & Company cars management and contract review

中方外派人员公寓管理、公司车辆管理及合同审查

9.Collect company or its partners’ marketing activities info (words, photos, videos)

收集公司或其合作伙伴的营销活动信息(文字,照片,视频)

10.Prepare and coordinate for meetings, conferences, functions, events, training and various company activities

筹备协调各类会议、竞赛、培训等公司活动

11.Travel and accommodation arrangement& Visa coordination

差旅住宿安排及签证办理

12.Coordinate IT maintenance

协调IT进行相关维护

13.Assist in other ad-hoc job projects as assigned

1.Knowledge and Education Requirements

知识水平及学历要求

l Bachelor degree in Business or Administration or related discipline.

工商管理或相关专业本科学历

l 5S knowledge, strong sense (proactive) to standardize and execute decided rules or company policy

l Excellent in Microsoft office tools, esp. excel and power point, good understanding of modern office tools

l Minimum 3 years full time work experience in administrative position.
