  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Junior Producer to join our team and support the production process from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Production Planning and Coordination
  • Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, crew, and vendors to ensure smooth pre-production processes.
  • Help secure locations, permits, and necessary production resources.
  1. On-Set Assistance
  • Support the producer in managing shoots, ensuring everything runs on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between crew members, talent, and other stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and solve on-set issues as they arise.
  1. Creative Development
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and ideas.
  • Assist in the development of scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
  1. Post-Production Support
  • Coordinate with editors and post-production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Review rough cuts and provide feedback to align with client expectations.
  1. Client Management
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the production process.
  • Address client feedback and ensure their vision is reflected in the final product.
  1. Administrative Tasks
  • Handle project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements during productions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in video production or a similar role. Internships or freelance experience will be considered.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with video production tools and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (a plus).
    • Basic understanding of budgeting and scheduling.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
