We’re looking for a talented and motivated Junior Producer to join our team and support the production process from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning and Coordination
- Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for projects.
- Coordinate with clients, crew, and vendors to ensure smooth pre-production processes.
- Help secure locations, permits, and necessary production resources.
- On-Set Assistance
- Support the producer in managing shoots, ensuring everything runs on schedule and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between crew members, talent, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and solve on-set issues as they arise.
- Creative Development
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and ideas.
- Assist in the development of scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Post-Production Support
- Coordinate with editors and post-production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Review rough cuts and provide feedback to align with client expectations.
- Client Management
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the production process.
- Address client feedback and ensure their vision is reflected in the final product.
- Administrative Tasks
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements during productions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in video production or a similar role. Internships or freelance experience will be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with video production tools and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (a plus).
- Basic understanding of budgeting and scheduling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
