Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for Account Executive/Account Manager. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and support the implementation of Silverlake’s banking and digital transformation solutions. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to deliver high-quality services tailored to client needs.
Job Description
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs and anticipating them in advance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs, concerns and expectations.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Coordinate internal (sales, technical, and customer support) and external resources (partners) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity, proposals writing, prepare quotations, presentation of offerings to customer, prepare costing and pricing strategy, contract negotiation and renewal, work with project management team and/or vendors on delivery of products and services/projects, follow up on customer payments, and ensuring support teams are delivering proper after sales support.
- Track and report on account performance, client feedback, and market trends.
