Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare design proposals, layout plans, and material/sample boards for presentations.
- Create 2D/3D drawings based on architect/designer samples and convert them into internal drawings.
- Plan and prepare furniture designs and computerized drawings in accordance with relevant standards and codes of practice.
- Develop concept sketches into working drawings.
- Liaise with all relevant parties (clients and consultants) to obtain accurate information and ensure coordination with team members.
- Assist the project architect by attending meetings and collaborating closely with clients, internal project teams, project consultants, and government authorities for necessary submissions.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
