Project Manager

Key Responsibilities • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements. • Work closely with R&D team to Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources. • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. • Play an integral role in generating new projects that will turn into long-lasting relationships. • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of related working experience. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
