Employee Relations & HR Advisory

  • Compliance & Policy Implementation – Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices align with labour laws and industry regulations. Conduct regular compliance audits and provide recommendations for improvement to mitigate legal risks for clients.
  • Employee Relations & HR Advisory – Act as a strategic HR partner, advising client management teams on employee relations issues and HR best practices. Support managers in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans while ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Workplace Investigations & Conflict Resolution – Conduct workplace investigations, facilitate difficult conversations, and serve as a trusted mediator between employees and management. Provide coaching to leaders on conflict resolution strategies.
  • Regulatory Updates & Advisory – Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, assess their impact, and provide timely guidance to management and clients.

    Talent Management & Performance Development

    • Talent Management & Performance Development – Design and implement talent management strategies that align with business objectives. Develop and execute performance evaluation frameworks, including setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking employee progress.
    • Career Development & Succession Planning – Provide coaching and career development support to employees, ensuring they reach their full potential. Work with leadership teams to identify high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
    • Employee Engagement & Retention – Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.

      HR Strategy & Implementation

      • HR Initiatives & Business Alignment – Partner with clients to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with their business goals.
      • HR Transformation & Change Management – Assist in executing HR transformation projects, including restructuring, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
      • HR Audits & Process Improvement – Conduct HR audits, assess gaps, and recommend action plans for improvement.
      • Data-Driven HR Decisions – Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data and analytics.

        Stakeholder Management & Leadership Influence

        • Strategic HR Partnership – Establish strong working relationships with senior management and leadership teams, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
        • Influence & Decision Support – Provide expert HR insights to influence decision-making and drive change within client organizations. Constructively challenge stakeholders when necessary to ensure fair and effective outcomes.
        • Collaboration & Alignment – Work with multiple stakeholders at different levels, balancing business needs with employee well-being. Drive collaboration between HR, department heads, and employees to ensure smooth execution of HR strategies.

          Requirements

          • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
          • At least 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in consulting, employee relations, or talent management.
          • Expertise in ER & IR

  • HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are a plus.
  • Mandarin speaking and writing is a must.
  • Occasional travel to support clients on-site.
