  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on orders received from both local and export customers and the finished products stock level.
  • Ensure optimum production capacity and output is planned.
  • Evaluate and forecast materials requirements.
  • Provide planned production schedules to various departments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of raw materials, packaging materials, and production consumables with the Purchasing Department to support uninterrupted production.
  • Maintain records of all production data.
  • Generate and analyze production data for report preparation.
  • Lead the production team to perform monthly stock take on raw materials, WIP products, labels, and stickers.

Authority:

  • Amend the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and execute upon approval from the HOD.
  • Raise Purchase Requisition Forms for purchases of raw materials, packaging materials, non-inventory items, etc.
  • Minimum Degree qualification.
  • Literate in using MS Word and Excel.
  • Able to speak and write in BM and English, and perform calculations.
  • Knowledge of food standard requirements is an added advantage.
  • Possess knowledge in production planning, good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
