- Coordinate and manage tour operations, ensuring smooth execution of travel packages.
- Liaise with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and local operators to secure bookings and confirm arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide pre-departure briefings, and resolve any operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company policies, and service standards.
- Monitor and update tour schedules, itineraries, and customer bookings.
- Support the sales and product teams with operational details and documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliation with finance.
- Address last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and service providers.
- Assist in post-tour feedback collection and continuous service improvement
- Ad-hoc duties perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Operations to support the company’s objectives.
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in operations or product development. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with any travel booking systems is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; (Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (both written and spoken) as the role involves translating itineraries from English to Mandarin).
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy in documentation and coordination.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve booking or operational issues efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with suppliers, airlines, and internal teams.
