• Participate actively in Company HSE programs and contribute freely to the achievement of the Company’s HSE policies and objectives. • Responsible to type and proofreads reports, correspondence, forms, etc. for all the cargo movement within shore base or offshore. • To organize and maintain a variety of records, entries, and updates data including transfer forms, inventory report, material traceability and MEL exemption information. • To coordinate and notify contractor on the document submission, tracking, verification, and collection for all materials to or from offshore facility. • To communicate with forwarding agent on the paperwork submission for Customs material declaration and compile for each project reference. • To interact with all operation personnel on the daily operational documentation filing and organizes it in a correct and timely manner for audit trailing.
