This position is to carry-on Claims’ initiatives, digitalization & automation projects, system enhancements ( to strengthen corporate governance, controls and monitoring especially in claims operations/management ) and implement business strategies and operating plans that are aligned to the overall Company’s direction.

  • Assist in formulating efficient claims policies and procedures supportive to the company’s operation.
  • Manage claims savings without compromising report quality.
  • Ensure smooth and timely implementation of Claims/RI projects and initiatives.
  • Reinforce a customer-focused culture and enhance internal control in claims management.
  • Promote cross-functional synergies for better customer experience and marketing actions.
  • Provide guidance in technical data analysis for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive operational efficiency and quality enhancements.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Support the development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on relevant technology advancements to optimize operational processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder. Insurance qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience in claims handling or in general insurance is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and conceptualization skill.
  • Influencing and networking skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
