Positions: HR & Admin Manager
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Job Descriptions:
HR Job Functions:
- HR Recruitment - Involving interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- HR Payroll - Including preparing the commission summary, checking and verifying employee monthly claims (expenses and overtime), and handling any matters related to statutory issues.
- HR Staff Confirmation - Keeping track of employee confirmations and probationary periods.
- HR Performance Review - Assisting in scheduling appraisals for all BSLOMY employees and participating in every appraisal session with employee superiors.
- HR Industrial/Employee Relations - Assisting in all matters related to employee disciplinary issues, including legal support (if necessary).
- HR Employee Engagement - Creating and implementing strategies to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee satisfaction, and encourage employee participation.
- HR Attendance - Monitoring employee attendance and ensuring compliance with the Attendance Policy and other office regulations. Attendance reports must be submitted to HQ during the first week of each month.
- HR Policy & Regulations – Update and review the company policy whenever necessary and ensure all employee's compliance with the rules and regulations
Administrative Job Functions:
- Assisting in checking and verifying Petty Cash and EPCash submissions.
- Assisting in keeping records of all company properties, including cars and houses.
- Responsible for office renovation and liaising with suppliers and contractors regarding office furniture and renovation.
- Assisting with ISO matters, including certification and renewal.
- To perform any other duties assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
Job requirements & skills:-
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years in Human Resources/Administration with at least 3 years’ experience as Senior Executive/Manager role.
- A high degree of business acumen including an understanding of the financial implications of HR services/solutions and how that subsequently impacts other business functions.
- Strong track record in managing key stakeholders with the ability to work independently.
- Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Labour Act, other related statutory requirement like IRB, EPF, SOCSO and other HR practices and legislation.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Able to converse in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy in the workplace.
