Our client is one of the leading Industrial Intelligence operating in Asian countries, the Middle East and Central Asia, currently they are looking for Country Sales Manager based in KL, Malaysia to be Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals and manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analysed market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities
  • Country Sales Manager manage a team of channel sales representatives to achieve sales and profit goals by selling goods and services through resellers/channels
  • Identifies and approaches key or strategies partners and set short and long terms channel strategies. Being a channel sales manager recommends products and services enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential

Skills/ Experience

  • Master’s or bachelor’s Degree in the Engineering Field – Control Automation, Electrical or Electronic, Mechanical.
  • Mins 5 years working experience within a system integratorenvironment in the engineering and service of the DCS, SIS, PLC and Scada and Field Devices.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in the Channel Sales and System Integrators development from oil and gas, power renewable energy within industrial automation industry would be preferable You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgment, work independently and have initiative mindset
