Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our AI-powered products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and ML researchers to validate our application, system integration (SIT), large language model (LLM) responses, and the quality of our text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) systems. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our product excellence and ensuring a seamless user experience in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create, review, and maintain detailed test scripts and test cases for applications, SIT, UAT, LLM, TTS, and STT models.
Conduct comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and performance tests to validate new features and existing functionalities.
Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to streamline regression testing and increase overall test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects, working collaboratively with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
Partner with product managers, developers, and data scientists to define quality criteria and validate that products meet both business and technical requirements.
Analyze test results, gather insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Stay informed about emerging QA methodologies, testing tools, and industry best practices—especially in the context of AI—and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
General Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on creating and executing test scripts.
Experience and Skills
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, etc.).
Solid understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (Python) for developing automated tests.
Experience with testing AI components—specifically validating LLM responses, TTS, and STT quality—is highly desirable.
Knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools (Jira).
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, ensuring effective teamwork across multiple disciplines.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
