Summary: You will be require to develop and execute the commercial business plan. Present new business opportunities and exceed sales volume for both import and export

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Promote Company Products and Services (Marine & Non Marine) to achieve the set of KPI and Targets.

To implement, execute and achieve sales plan in line with the company’s goals.

Canvass new target customers, provide commercial advice and support on local actions to take.

Keep track of each project in an orderly way: daily update of a “control tower” file.

To work closely with Sales Manager to ensure maximum performance.

Servicing existing customer/accounts and to develop new reefer business (import & export)

To build close relationships with the existing and potential clients.

Provides Marketing Intelligence and gather all related information on market activities/trend and competitor intelligence

Prepare slides presentation and presents to clients as and when required.

Monitor closely on debtor aging.

Prepare Weekly/Monthly Performance Report on Business activities.

Any other tasks assigned by management

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline with 2-5 years of working experience in sales preferable in shipping, freight forwarder or logistics industry.
  • Those without qualification but with proven track record in shipping, freight forwarder and logistics are encouraged to apply.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.
  • Willing to travel and has own transport.
