  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Floor Crew cum Cashier Member at Aida Cafe is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the restaurant's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with seating and provide menu recommendations.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Table Maintenance:
  • Set up tables with the necessary utensils, condiments, and menus.
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before and after customer use.
  • Monitor and address customer needs during their dining experience.
  • Order Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Upselling and Promotion:
  • Promote special menu items, promotions, and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide information about the cafe's offerings and answer customer inquiries.
  • Payment Handling:
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions and provide change as needed.
  • Present bills and collect payments in a professional manner.
  • Cleanliness and Organization:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and ensuring a tidy appearance.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining an organized work environment.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
